how to use plugin with multiple forms (formidable)?

    we have 3 forms on the website and were able to configure one form to create tickets in osticket with the plugin.

    however, we don’t see configuration settings for multiple forms.

    please advise.

    does comma-separated values work in ticket settings for the connector?
