How to use ‘media categories’

    Hello,
    The plugin it perfect for almost all my needs it just needs one extra feature, categories (tags).

    I need the images to have tags/categories so users can click on a list of category links to display the appropriate images within the category.

    I see there’s an extension which looks like it has the functionality I need but I can see how to use it. It’s called “Media Categories” and I’m installed and activated it, I just can see how to use it on the frontend?!

    Can someone let me know how to use it?

    Hi,

    The Media Categories extension was started but never really got anywhere.
    The point was to create exactly what you were after. We are working on a major rewrite of all the gallery templates, and after that is done, we will look at adding filtering to all gallery templates.

    So for now, sorry, there is no way to add a filtering gallery
