How to use it in main header menu ?

First of all Awesome plugin !!!
I used it to my widget sidebar and it is working to its awesomeness but i want to use it for main header menu. how to use it ? i am not from technical background, will u just clarify the steps for using ? what to edit and what not to edit in file.
