How to use it

I have bought the pro version and trying to display a menu on a page but its not showing up
Here is what the settings are;
Use single Menu is On
Use Shortcode is On
Breakpoint is set to 50000

then i placed the following short code directly in the page
[responsive_menu_pro menu_to_use=”Multi-level-Menu”]
and also tried to use <!–?php echo do_shortcode(‘[responsive_menu_pro menu_to_use=”Multi-level-Menu”]’); ?–>

I am using virtue theme
I want to display the menu in the page sidebar and want it to be displayed all the time and in case of Mobile, appear as per default
Please guide as I am very confuse
