    Hi everybody,

    I have a problem with the Importfunction.

    What I’ve done until now:
    I started a league and a saison. After that I added some teams and matches. Then I exported two files (teams/matches). I added the missing teams and matches in excel, saved all as .csv and imported again. This seems to work well.

    Now I can see in the overview, that my league contains 54 teams and 261 matches. But how can I use them!? When I show league details, there are no matches scheduled and I can see no team ??

    So, for me it looks like the import worked well, but now I’m too stupid to use the imported data ??

    Can anybody help me with this issue!?

  • Did you stay on the import page after first importing teams?

    I have run into issues importing when I immediately import matches after importing teams. Navigating away from the import page (i.e. check to see if teams were properly imported) has always helped with this issue for me.

    thanks for your proposal.
    I’ve deleted everything and started from scrath and then followed your proposal:
    1) Import teams
    2) Leave Import page
    3) Import matches
    4) Leave Import page

    Result: Same as before ??

    Teams and matches seem to be imported anywhere, but I have no idea how to use them… I’ve made some screenshots, to illustrate my issue: https://wp.me/P4iX3i-5t

    I would check the database to see if you actually have data there. When I first started working with League Manager I had issues importing and it had to do with my CSV file. League Manager was saying that I imported correctly but there was incorrect info in the database.

    Under wp_leagemanager_teams look for ID numbers with no title. Under wp_leaguemanager_matches look for league ID’s with no season.

    I have found some mistakes:

    1) There was a wrong separator in one column of the table. Don’t know why, but Excel changes it everytime I save the .csv file.

    2) I had some “umlauts” like ?, ?, ü … in my data. The Plugin is apparently not able to import them, so that the data was empty.

    After I corrected both, the Plugin works!
