How to use Import Feeds section “imported 0 events”

Hello, I need help adding rss feeds to the import feeds section of Time.ly core.

I insert the url of the rss feeds from outside calendars that I want to include and it keeps saying “0 entries imported”.

Reading through past forum posts representatives have said that it takes time. Although, I’m not sure how much time it takes and if I need to sign out and back in to have it work properly. feed not working post

Is there an option to add ics as well? What version/addon of your plugin do I need to have?
