How to use Grouped Choices

I’m having trouble with setting up grouped choices, I don’t know how to use ?“## Title” markup in the field’s choices as described in the documentation here: https://www.acf-extended.com/features/fields/checkbox#grouped-choices

Could you provide a simple example?
