How to use get the image plugin with my advanced random post plugin?

I am using get the image plugin in my website’s homepage to show the thumbnail.
Its working awesome and my google speed test score of my home page is 85 out of 100. But my single post speed score is just 55 because I am using Advanced random post plugin for use in my widgets. Its shows the random posts with thumbnails from all categories or a specific category. But due to this plugin my website load time has been increase. Anyone have idea to customize this plugin so I can use get the image plugin’s thumbnail for this plugin.
This plugin also have option to get thumbnail from a custom field name.
