How to use free shipping with both Printful and non-Printful products

Could you let us know if you’re using our live shipping rates for your Printful products on WooCommerce?
If so, you will not be able to apply free shipping to these products, since free shipping qualifies as a flat rate.

For this to work, you would need to set flat rates for your Printful products as well.

Yes, I am using the Printful live shipping rates. So, I can only offer free shipping if I use flat rate shipping? My hesitation is that there is no tracking on flat rate shipping, or is there?

Thank you for your question!
If you use flat rates on your store’s side, we will apply the cheapest live rate available on our side once the order syncs up with us.

If you would like to ensure that all of your orders are shipped out with tracking, even if you are using flat rates on your store’s side, you can check these settings in your Printful dashboard > Stores > Settings > Shipping.

I found a workaround by creating a coupon for free shipping for orders over X then put it on a notice across the site. Tested and works, you just can’t add it automatically when using Printful’s live shipping rates.
