How to Use Footer Widgets in Starkers Theme?

  • Can someone please help me understand how to use widgets in my footer with the Starkers theme? I have searched and searched and searched some more and still can’t seem to find an answer!

    I see that in the sidebar-footer.php file, it says that “the footer widget area is triggered if any of the areas have widgets” but I have no idea how to put widgets there. When I go to the widgets page (where you would add sidebar widgets) there is no option to put any in the footer.

    Please help!

  • I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.remarpro.com here.
