how to use dates as variations

I’d like to start a food delivery service for people at work.

They can every Friday buy their food for next week.

There are three general options: small, medium, large
Then they can select for which days they want delivery for (Mon, Tu… Fri).

I was thinking to make three products:
1. Small meal
2. Medium meal
3. Large meal

But I am not sure how to use the dates as variations.

Who can help me?

Or even suggest me something better or easier.
