How To: Use Custom Grid With Individual Queries

  • I am trying to produce a 3 x 2 grid of posts widgets (6 posts), each posts widget with a specific category-based query, each posts widget using the same Ele Custom Skin post loop template. I have achieved this with 1 section > 2 inner sections > 3 columns in each inner section > 6 individually configured posts widgets. This is a lot of code and page performance is poor.

    I would prefer to use 1 section > 1 column and a single Ele Custom Skin Custom Grid.

    But how do individualise the post queries? Is this possible with a Custom Grid?
