How to use CMB2 with WPML/multi languages?

    Hello,
    I used CMB2 to create certain meta fields on pages. I now want to translate the contents of the meta fields – this is not working currently as the meta key is the same.

    I am using WPML and created a translated version of a page, but the contents of the meta fields is the same as on the english page.

    Do I have to duplicate the current boxes, restrict the original ones to the english page ids and assign the duplicated boxes to the new page IDs that WPML created for a translated page?

    How can solve this?

    Forget this question – it works as the meta information is saved together with the page id.
