How to use aws s3 in other custom plugin for upload image

Hello,
How can i use amazon s3 and cloudfront in custom plugin for upload new image in product, any hook for it??
i tried this ->apply_filters ( ‘wp_handle_upload_prefilter’, $files_array ); filter but it didnt work for me.
anyone can help me?
