How to use Auto-publish feature

I can’t find any documentation on the Auto-Publish feature in teachPress. I’m not sure what type of url to paste into the field so that it draws from a PubMed search query. A notification states ‘Content does not look like BibTeX.’ Any guidance would be appreciated.
