how to use as non business customer

  • How can I use this WP plugin, if I have less than 200 shipments per year, I am not qualified to apply for a “business customer” account. However, to select DHL as shipping provider, the Customer Number (EKP) is required, which is not available to private customers/ when having fewer than 200 shipments.

    Hi,
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the plugin without an “Account Number (EKP)” This is a requirement set by DHL.
    I recommend reaching out to DHL directly to discuss alternative options or any possibilities for non-business customers.
    They will be able to provide you with the necessary information and guidance for your specific situation.
