How to use 'add email' and 'add telephone number' feature?

I am using the Credibility Footer widget / Footer Copyright widget, and I have selected ‘add email address’ and ‘add telephone number’ features, but see nowhere to enter either of those. When I then view my site, the plugin/widget has created an email address that exists nowhere on the site (i.e., ‘privacy’ at domain.com) and, indeed, displays no phone number.
Where am I supposed to enter this info for the plugin to use?
