You’d need to write a custom script, using a call like element.requestFullscreen(); directed at the embedded video. It depends on how you are embedding it (inline content or iframe)…

By the way, with “full screen” do you mean filling the light box frame (when using iframe mode for example) or filling the visitor screen?
