I can’t find any details on how to use this plugin…do I just add a category, action, and label to the button within the Elementor editor? Do I need to create the category, action, and label in Google Analytics?

    Hello!
    1. Insert your Google Analytics tracking ID (UA-00000000) into the Elementor > Settings > Events Tracker tab.
I assume that you are using the new code, so you should put your tracking ID into the Global Site Tag ID (gtag.js) field.
If you already have Google Analytics tracking code, leave checkbox empty.

    2. Turn on the Track with Google Universal Tag (gtag.js) inside the widget

    3. Fill your Category, Action and Label and update document.

Go to your website and try to make your conversion action (click or submit) And then go to your GA dashboard > Real time > Events.

You will see the Event with your Category, Action and Label

    To create conversions:
Click Admin (gear in left bottom corner) > View column (3rd) > Goals and create your goal:
    Type — Event
Event conditions — Fill the same Category, Action and Label as inside the widget.

Sometimes you cannot see the goals right after creation. So wait for some time before checking your goals and conversions.

    Hope I helped ))
