How to upload (and scale) a profile photo

    Hi, can I please ask you for advice? When I want to change the profile photo, I see pretty much a blank screen with the only option to Crop Image (please, find a link to the screenshot). Can you please advise on why am I missing something like the “Update/Upload” button? For example, when changing the cover image, it changes automatically after uploading. However, when changing profile photo and clicking crop image, it crops top left corner without an option to scale or change the image.

    Hey Tomas,

    Thanks for keeping in touch with us

    In this case, you should have a browse option “Select Your file” to enable you select a profile photo. Kindly send us your system info. You can find it in under Elementor → System info. Please use Pastebin to paste it and send it to us.

    Thanks for the system info
