How to upload a photo from a gallery to a post?

    I have created some galleries.
    I want to use a few of the photos from the galleries in a post.
    When I click add media, I am not able to find the photos from the galleries anywhere. I don′t want to upload the photos again.
    They most be hiding somewhere, but where do I find them?

    You need to use the wp media uploader in order to use them into posts.

    The gallery use images uploaded by wp media uploader, so the images are there.
