    Dear RegistrationMagic team,

    I noticed that there are new updates in the plugin. How to safely update the Plugin without losing data? As there are no automatic update feature in this plugin. Need help.

  • You have to delete the plug in and re-install the updated plug in,none of your data will be lost.

    Hi,

    You need to log in to https://metagauss.com/login and by going to ‘My Account’ > ‘My Downloads’ section, you can download the latest version of RegistrationMagic. You can delete the old version and install the new one, there shall be no loss of data.

    Hi, does the plugin not support updates in wordpress/plugins? I am not happy to update it manually each time.

    Completely agree with @bonsaimedia. How does an established plugin not support automatic updates in 2021? I’m very happy with the functionality but this is a big deal if I’m going to use this in client sites.
