How to update the auto-circle-image next to post title in the main page?

Maybe i should clear that up…
When a new post is created, Customizr takes the first image on the post and uses it as a preview-picture for the post in the front page.
Sometimes I update my posts and change that first picture in the post However, the preview picture stays the same.
Id like the preview-picture to update as well.

Customizr picks up the featured image (bottom right of post screen) in the post and displays it. If there isn’t one, it use the first image in the post.
