How to update new changes from local wordpress

  • Hi there I can’t find any help about how to upload new changes from local host wordpress to live server?!?! At the moment I use method of uploading all my files (directory, database, php changes…) every time I made some small changes what is long process. Any help or link with tutorial ??

    For example if I want to add one new picture or new page how to do it?

    I have child theme of customizr and using mamp for local server.

    I typically do that via copy-and-paste with the two sights side-by-side in a browser.
