how to update

i used the WP installer but didn’t get the latest version (i see 4.1.1 as my version).
now i’ve downloaded the newest version from https://deconf.com/google-analytics-dashboard-wordpress/
to update:
do i delete then install to update?
or can i just deactivate and install?best and thank you for all of your hard work!
