How To Uninstall Tag Cloud

HI,

I just wanted to ask this again, as I havent gottne a response, and still havent figured out how to get rid of this tag cloud.

For clarification, its the one that comes as click-to-instal widget, and is not a plug in.

You remove it like you’d remove every other widget. Click Edit then Remove on the widget.

Are you having some sort of problem related to that?

Yes I am. There is nowhere that is says edit. I see the other widgets says edit, but not this one.

Err… All widgets have an “Edit” link. That’s not optional anymore in 2.5.

Make sure you upgraded all your WordPress files. Everything in wp-includes, for example.

Additional: If you’re still using the old 2.3.3, then just drag the widget down to the bottom bar and drop it off down there. 2.5 changed things with regard to widgets. If you can’t drag/drop any of them, then I don’t know what to tell you. Upgrade, perhaps.

I can see that all widgets have an upgrade button, but this one doesnt. I can send you a screen shot if you like. I did upgrade to 2.5 also, so what to do?
