(resolved) How to uninstall Subscribe to Comments Reloaded plugin?

I’ve tried to uninstall Subscribe to Comments Reloaded plugin by first deactivating and then choosing “delete” from the installed plugins page of my WordPress site dashboard.

But even after the plugin has stopped showing in the “installed plugins” page, the plugin comment checkbox etc. continue to show on post pages and the plugin is still fully functioning. I want to uninstall this plugin permanently.

I’m using WordPress version 3.2.1 and “The Morning After” theme.

Can someone please tell me how I can remove all traces of this plugin?
