How to Uninstall

I installed EE lite, then realized a major conflict with W3 Total Cache. I deleted EE, tried reinstalling, conflict still persisted. So, I removed W3 Total Cache, and reinstalled EE, NOW the problem is that the EE tables were not entirely dropped when I deleted the first 2 times.

I looked at the table structure but am unsure what tables belong to EE. I looked online and found only EE forums with the answers blocked to non-EE members.

Anyone have any ideas about what EE tables to remove?
