(Sorry about the repost. Something wenmt wrong on the first one and the text wasn’t posted)

I’d like to completely remove WP from my domain, but I don’t know how to do it. I’ve looked through the docs on this site, but can’t seem to find it.

(The reason I want to do this is because I want to install a new one, and WP won’t let me do this when I still have the other one installed. For a number of reason I don’t want to just change the old one and delete its content and use that instead. I want to remove the old blog, and install a new one.)

  • well you can simply delete all the files , and then drop all tables of the wordpress database .

    that all ??

    He, simple. Thanks.

Excuse me for bumping, but what does “drop all tables” mean? Not being a technowhiz, this sounds like something uncomfortable you accidentally do to your foot when moving furniture from house to house.

Gohst – I suggest you start a new topic for this – it may well not be looked at when the current one is marked as “resolved”. If you like, refer to this topic in your new one.
