How to unindex exact pages

  • Hello, I would like to ask how I noindex/ unindex exact pages or specially /tag pages from search engines?
    I do use SEO by SQUIRRLY but I see no such an option.
    Or is there any plugin that should list all the pages that webpage has? So I should unindex it somehow there?
