How to turn shortcode into a url link

    I am trying to create an optin register button on my front page where when someone clicks the button, a popup to register for my email list appears. However, in order to do that with the button via visual composer, it needs a url to work properly. How do I add in the shortcode or whatnot into the url box to make it pop up?

    Hi, Please go to the Publish step for the popup form and you should see the link for a support article labelled as Learn More to accomplish this task.
