how to turn off/remove theme review bottom bar?

  • how to turn off/remove theme review bottom bar? I ve tried to turn off all comments plug ins and it doesnt work, is there a way to remove this bar for good?

    Please go to admin dashboard => customize => Theme options =>Home Page Headline option => check on all three check box on the bottom of the box.
