How to turn off the link?

Hi guys,
I am trying to figured out how to turn off the link on [service_link] even though I want to keep the word, but no link.
Eg: Preached by John Doe on March 3, 2013 (Sunday Evening) – I want to turn off the link on ‘Sunday Evening’
