How to turn off password

    Hey there,

    I’d like to turn off the password settings to access our pdf. I’ve unticked the printing box under security in the template form and I’ve also removed the password, but I still get the request to enter a password when I visit the live url.

    What am I missing?

    Hello,

    If the default [e2pdf-view] shortcode is being used, please ensure that the password has been removed from the E2Pdf Template Settings and that the “password” attribute is not added to the shortcode directly.

    Thanks, I did remove the password, but upon checking, it seemed to have reappeared. I’ve removed it, saved and checked and now it’s working. Thank you Olek!
