How To Turn OFF New User Notification Email?

Plugin option: Register Plus – https://skullbit.com/wordpress-plugin/register-plus/

The only options available in the admin panel are held under Setting > Discussions and they are the following:
? E-mail me whenever Anyone posts a comment
? A comment is held for moderation

Thanks. I already have a custom registration page though. Can I use that to JUST turn off those emails w/o all the other functionality?
