How To Turn Off Comments

    How can I turn off all commenting on my site without disabling it via the posts in the admin cp? I want the line “comments have been disabled” to be removed.

    Dashboard>Settings>Discussion: Remove the ticks.

    For removing the text line. go to theme editor>comments.php and look for “Comments are closed” and delete the line. It may help.
