How to turn images into links

Using Lightbox 2.0 and whenever I click an image it loads a small window of an image as it’s supposed to.

However I have one page that I want to consist of book covers when you click one it loads another page instead of the window box. Is there a way to stop Lightbox and force the image to just load another page?

This is the code on a single image at the moment:
