    Hi there,

I’m using the WOOF shortcode to place the filter in my Categories, then I needed it to redirect the users to a Results page, but it currently doesn’t display any result once the user is redirected to the Results page. The filter works if I don’t use the redirect.

I read in the documentation (https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof/) that the redirect doesn’t work when the AJAX Mode is being used.

Problem is that I was unable to find the option to disable AJAX Mode in all the plugin settings pages… can you please help?

This is how my shortcode looks right now:
    [woof sid="auto_shortcode" autohide=1 is_ajax=0 taxonomies=product_cat:130 redirect='/filtered-results']

The option “Try to ajaxify the shop” does not work and reset to yes after save.

Sorry, I can’t help. I’m not using that plugin anymore (didn’t find a good alternative yet). Good luck.

The option “Try to ajaxify the shop” does not work and reset to yes after save.

I face this problem too. I just keep trying and trying and trying and trying… eventually it somehow changes to No.

It’s annoying but unfortunately this is the best filter plugin I’ve found. If anyone finds a better one please share. Thank you.
