• NGG Community;

    Aiding a friend with a hacked website, moved to serve on WPEngine and got mess cleaned up.
    Running WP 3.9.1
    NextGEN 2.0.66
    Unknown Upgrade path
    MySQL and PHP all up to date (Thanks WPEngine!)

      How do I find mod_rewrite module in Apache?

    How do I find if PHP Safe mode is off?

    Hosted with WPEngine
    Site moved via SFTP —
    Old site ran Thesis1.7 theme, New site running 1.85.

    Images and Galleries and Albums all show up in the appropriate places in the hierichary, and image files are there too.

    All pages off the nav seem to be broken throwing 404, howeve

    Problem still present with 2014 theme, and disabling all other plugins.

    Have attempted reset procedure, no change in behavior.

    Every page setup by nextgen, shows up as a missing page.

    Switched themes to the basic WP 2014 and deactivated all the plugins. No change in this behavior.

    How can I fix this?

    Site was at https://www.inherimagestudio.com
    Hosted by GoDaddy with old WP 3.0?

    Moved to hosting with WPEngine

    Development site at
    inherimage.wpengine.com

    Look under InHerImage Studio and Find the Gallery Link and any sub galleries.

    Thanks in advance for your assitance.

    @dalincer – Most migration type issues are resolved with using the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options.

    Give that a try.

    Thanks!

    Did the reset. No change yet.

    Worked with WPEngine support, and they report no errors in logs at their level.

    As I FTP copied the files, will delete the dynamic and thumbs directories and then import the images back into NGG.

    I started programming a long time ago, does there exist debuggers / troubleshooting tools that allow deeper visibility than, “that did not work”?

    PhotoCrati;

    Purchased NextGen Gallery Plus to get your support for NGG.

    Have made no headway on my missing galleries.

    Have moved to staging site on WPEngine to aid in debugging

    inherimage.staging.WPEngine.com

    The site was hacked just before we moved to WPEngine, and hopefully cleaned / corrected by WPEngine Support.

    A clue here, unable to install the NGG+ plugin. Fails when uploading the .zip file, FTPd in the unzipped file, and could not see for activation.

    zip file named: nextgen-gallery-plus-v1.0-1013453c47ed239c73
