I am having trouble triggering the custom webhook when it comes to file upload. I’ve tried using the ‘Send Data On New Post’, ‘Send Data On Post Update’. But it is not fired.
    Thank You.

Hi @seighart – Thank you very much for reaching out, as well as for using our plugin.
If I got it right, you want to trigger a webhook URL once a new attachment is uploaded to WordPress, correctly?

If so, please share your configuration with me for the “Send Data on New Post” webhook trigger, as well as the settings you have currently selected for your webhook URL.

Thank you already very much and do let me know if you have any further questions. ??

Hey @seighart – thank you for providing the additional details. To me, the settings look correct. Have you selected any of the Post types inside of the “Trigger on selected post types”?
If not, all will be triggered, so testing definitely should not be an issue. How do you try to verify if the webhook call works?
There’s a neat tool available that lets you check that easily: https://webhook.site/
    Thank you already in advance.

I think the problem is with the plugin that I am using (SP Project & Document Manager). I’ve tried using other plugins that handle file upload, and it triggers the webhook.
    Thank You for your support.

Hey @seighart – Thank you very much for coming back to me with that. Indeed, it is possible that some third-party plugins handle the upload differently or by themselves without following the WordPress standards. This usually results in a loss of certain features.

I will be closing this task for now. In case you have ever any questions, feel free to reach out again.
