  • Hi,
    Thank you for you interest in translating Wordfence, I’m afraid to say that localization isn’t supported at the moment, however, it’s on our plan to address this feature in future releases but I don’t have a specific estimated date for this one. (internal reference number: “FB761”).

    Thanks

    I cannot believe that such popular plugin does not have this done. This is very important. When some user gets locked out from login for example, they see a message that they cannot read. I have to change the source code directly to translate ??

    +1

    “Resolved” means now at last we can translate wf’s error messages at login – for example – ?

    @leded
    I don’t remember but I assume I resolved it because I got my answer that it cannot be done ??

    I have the same problem and I hope we’ll be soon able to translate PO and MO files, because my users cannot understand what happen when they are blocked from logging in…

    Hey,
    I’m part of the WP translation team and I can see this plugin isn’t ready to translate. I would like to start translating WordFence and I’d like to know when are you planning to add this feature to your plugin.
    Regards,
    Mauricio

    Any news about the internal reference number FB761?

    Why is this set as ‘Resolved’? You haven’t added translations support.

    Hi guys. Due to popular demand, I have marked this not resolved :). I was considering it resolved for me, when I found out that it cannot be translated, but I guess it is correct to leave it not resolved.

    Thanks, @nnikolov.

    Hey @eddraw,

    It’s really important users fully understand what the settings they choose, the processes the plugin is running and the information it shows. You should take in account that also the data presented isn’t always easy to be understood by a non programmer.

    Thanks for your attention. Regards,
