How to translate variable string?

Hi there!

I have a problem because I need to translate some fields I’ve created with the plugin UPME (plugin of users and profles). So I asked in the support how could I do it, and they answer me that is too difficult or not possible so I ask you please how can I do it?
I need to translate the fields of the profile and the values of some dropdown chosen multiple field.
I used the Loco Translate plugin and WPML but the strings I want to translate are not appearing there.
