How to translate tooltips?

    I saved my own translation file. Standard messages occur translated but not the tooltips when you click on the three dots on the right corner.
    With Poedit I translated “Block user button” and “Block user button tooltip” and saved that file with the language ending in the same folder where the .pot file resides.

    Isn’t this translatetable?
