    There is a mention in the change log, that you have implemented load_plugin_textdomain to help translating the plugin. How can I translate it? I dont find this anywhere in the plugin files, and I was unable to you Loco Translate plugin to do this either, because the translation does not show up in the page.

    = 1.0.3 (01-07-2016) =
    * Improvements – load_plugin_textdomain implemented, this will help you to translate the plugin to your desired language.

    Hello,

    I have successfully translated most of the text with Poedit, but this line is not listed in the .po file:

    “Information about your booking will be sent to you.”
    How could this be changed? Why it is not in the list?

    Also the language in the calendar popping up when choosing the date for the service is default english. Can this be changed?

    Thanks for the plugin! ??

    Hello, I have translated the plugin to the italian version…but after the plugin update I can’t see the .po and .mo files anymore!!! Did the update process cancel everything in the language folder?

    Updating probably replaced the files in the language-folder. If you have the .mo-file somewhere in you backups, you should try to upload it in the folder and rename it to bookingup-it.mo.

    obviously it did. The update process should not reset the translation folder

    @fasterbit,

    Than you for your post. Yes, that’s the way WP updating process works. Actually, when you update any WordPress plugin the same will happen. In few words, when you update the plugin WordPress deletes the plugin’s folder then unzip the latest version. Sorry, that’s the way WP works.

    However, there is a way to avoid this, you could send us the PO and MO file and we will add them into the master plugin.

    Get in touch here https://bookingultrapro.com/contact.php, we will send you instructions.

    We look forward to hearing from you.
    Cheers

    Duh,

    Once got the plugin translated (i still have the translation files on my computer) but when I updated it to the new version it turned to English like it happened to fasterbit too.

    Now, the (in-browser) File Manager offered by the service provider claims that there is no directory (booking-ultra-pro) in the plugins dir. Still, I have the plugin freshly installed inside WordPress. Do you have any idea how can this be? If I upload a test file into the folder, it opens and seems legit. I’m out of ideas how to activate (rename the translation files) now, when I dont seem to find the plugin folder anymore…

    Any hints? It might be a problem with the server but it worked before…

    Not sure what happened, but with another session I managed to replace the plugin with fresh install, and uploaded only the translated and renamed booking-up-fi.mo-file (done with Poedit) to the languages folder, and it worked.

    Still some questions remain without answers, but I′ll manage. For example the text inputs not found in the language files, I simply hide with CSS. Calendar is still in english which seems to be the biggest problem, along with the details in customers info send from plugin to staff.

    I cannot translate the months inside the calendar too. Is there any update coming to allow this change? Thanks!

    Hey Guys,

    The update is almost ready, We don’t think it’s going to take longer than 48 hours, we hope less.

    The field “(number) time slot available” has no translation option too.

    I updated the newest version of the plugin. I had to upload, rename the lang files but got I going pretty fast this time.

    The phone number code sent to the staff member still does not work.

    Asiakas:
    Nimi: testi
    S?hk?posti: [email protected]
    Puhelin: {{bup_client_phone}}

    Is that the right code?

    Also, the calendar in the customer date field is in English, and Sunday is the first day of the week. That i′d like to fix…

    @markuskosonen,

    Thanks for the update.

    Just to get it clear. Was the translation issue resolved?

    As for the email template. We haven’t included that field, yet. May I ask where did you find this {{bup_client_phone}}?

    We’re planning to add it very soon, however we haven’t implemented this feature, yet.

    Please let me know
    Cheers

    I would be very glad to send you my italian translation (still incomplete in the backend but complete in the frontend), I wrote you and I’m waiting for instructions. Once again, thank you for your support.

    Translating the plugin with Loco Translate works when the language file is renamed. The calendar issue seems to be resolved now!! Thanks!

    I kind of came up with the {{bup_client_phone}}-code by myself. If this feature could be added it helps the staff contacting the client after booking.
