how to translate the label for the contact form ?

  • Hello,
    how to translate the label name for the contact form?
    – Your Name
    – Your Email
    – Subject
    – Your Message

    I mean the contact form at the bottom of the home page. I can not find the file in which are inscribed the names.

    If you have installed Pirate Forms as the theme tells you to do when you install it for the first time, you should find these options under Settings -> Pirate Forms

    In which php is the code for the contact form located actually. I would like to replace it with pirate forms, so that it shows on the main page, but I am still searching for the css/php file for that.
