How to translate standard text to other language?

Hi,
I’m working on a school website. The school is located in Belgium so we want all of the text in Dutch. Obviously I can write my own articles in Dutch but what about the standard text? i.e. https://scheppersonline.be/?s=scheppers
When I search something, I get the standard text “search results”. Is there anyway to translate it to another language? This may not seem like a big deal (and it isn’t in my opinion). But it has to be Dutch, rules from the boss ??
