How to translate fields labels

I’ve tried using Qtranslate shorttags to translate Field label but both format are not working:
[:en]English Text[:de]Deutsch[:]or<!--:en-->English Text<!--:--><!--:de-->Deutsch<!--:-->.I’ve try to use this fix, but without success:
