Hello. Thanks for this awesome Plugin.

I’m from Brasil, and everything seems to be translated do portuguese-br. But the cookie document page that is automatically generated, has one line in English, and I cannot find where to translate it, even in Loco Translate, who is already 100 % translated do portuguese-br.

The line I want to translate is ”This Cookie Policy was last updated on 01/06/2021 and applies to citizens and legal permanent residents of the European Economic Area.”

You can check it out in https://persomation.com.br/politica-de-cookies-ue/

I tried loco translate, and even the plugin editor, but I could no find the right place to translate it. If I could remove that, or just translate to Portuguese and change Europe to Brasil, it would be great.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @danielastron,

I just checked and this string is currently marked as “fuzzy”, which means that it needs to be checked first. You should be able to manually edit the string in Loco Translate > Plugins > Complianz Privacy Suite > Portuguese (Brazil) > Edit, and within the Filter translation box, search for “was last updated on”.

However, it would be great if you could provide us with the Portuguese, Brazil version of this string once you are done. We can then include this string so that everyone can use it.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

That is the literal translations from every string, but you could change Canada/Europe Union/ Australia to Brasil in every string, because people would not need to install loco translate for only that single line.

    Thanks.

    Hi @danielastron,

Thank you very much for the translations, we will add these to the plugin soon. An update for the translations will become available when this is done.

Small addition, we will also include Brazil as a targeting region within Complianz in the near future. I’ll mark this thread as resolved for now, but please reach out to us if you have any questions.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
