How to translate Components Name and Description?

    I use WPML to run the website on multiple language but in the Product Translation page I cannot see the name and description of the components for me to be translated. How can I do that? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi @axaeco,

    If you’re trying to create product translation with WPML plugin, it must be carefully taken since some data might be missed out during the copying of product data.

    In order to translate the text in our plugin (or another plugin/theme), you can use the Loco Translate plugin.

    Kindly follow the instructions in this article https://wpclever.net/faqs/plugin-translation to learn how to find the strings in our plugin and provide equivalent translation for translating texts and change the wording.

    Hello,
    Thanks for your reply. I already read the article about the plugin strings, but it is not what I was looking for.
    I wrote a name and description in the components of a composite products, but when I go to WPML for the product translation, these data (name and description of the components) are missing. Is there maybe another way to translate them?
    I saw that with Loco I can only translate the strings, not these data.

    Hi @axaeco

    When using WPML, our plugin doesn’t transfer components to other languages automatically. So, you need to search and add components and products in the right language manually.

    When creating composite products in the new language, please choose these options https://www.screencast.com/t/AGcAKDv0, it will copy all settings except components and products.
