How to translate a plug-in into Russian?

    change function load_plugin_textdomain() in bbpress-votes.php:
    “load_plugin_textdomain(‘bbpvotes’, FALSE, basename( dirname( __FILE__ ) ) . ‘/languages/’ );”

    and actualize bbpvotes.pot (po,mo)
